Refund Policy | About Seven Sages

Keeping it Simple:

Hosting Services

Though most Hosting accounts at Seven Sages are for 1 year terms, you are NOT locked into a contract. If you decide to cancel your hosting service, we will refund your remaining balance for the year.

Domain Name Registration and Renewals

Domain Names registrations and renewals are non-refundable. This is not our policy, but the nature of the registration process. When you register a name, your are registering it for a specific period of time. If you have no need for the domain name, Seven Sages can assist you in trying to sell it (though it can be difficult)

Web Development

Any design or development work done on your website by Seven Sages is due upon completion, and is non-refundable. This is simple: you are paying for hours worked. If you can get those hours back for me, then I can refund your money.

Search Engine Submission and Optimization

These services cannot be refunded since once a site is submitted, it is difficult to unsubmit. :) However, if you insist on me trying to have you removed from the search engines after submission, I might be able to find some hoodlums that can do that for you.

Sage Simple

Not Satisfied? Let me know.  I take the responsibility of taking care of clients very seriously. Your website becomes my business as I'm working on it. Yes, I know your company needs it working. And yes, I'm aware of email being a vital communication tool for business.  If you know of a way to make the service at Seven Sages better, let me know.  I know this website could be better organized, but I can't do that until business slows down. It was enough just to write up this Policy.
